What we do

We are committed to helping our customers achieve excellence in the vital areas of informed consent and clinical governance. We actively collaborate with leading organisations to make sure our patient information leaflets are of the highest quality.

Patients need to be properly informed so that they can share in the decision-making process.

Clinicians need support in order to provide timely and comprehensive information to their patients.

Informed Consent

Permission granted in full knowledge of the possible consequences, typically that which is given by a patient to a doctor for treatment with knowledge of the possible risks and benefits.

Informed Consent

Permission granted in full knowledge of the possible consequences, typically that which is given by a patient to a doctor for treatment with knowledge of the possible risks and benefits.

EIDO Healthcare Australia was established in 2002 in response to the growing need in the healthcare sector for improvements in the informed consent process.

We believe that informed consent should be the outcome of a process, based on discussion and dialogue, rather than just a signature on a piece of paper.

One of our key objectives is to promote the use of high quality, clear patient information to support informed consent – for the benefit of health services and patients.

Our philosophy has always been to offer total support to our customers. We have a track record of delivering our projects on time and on budget and once implemented, we take care to ensure that our customers are well supported.
